Welcome to the Imagination Escapes Membership Program. By purchasing or using an Imagination Escapes Membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Eligibility

• Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.
• Individuals below 18 years of age may enrol only through a parent or legal guardian.
• Membership becomes active only upon successful payment and confirmation by Imagination Escapes.

2. Membership Validity

• Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of activation unless otherwise specified.
• Benefits are available only during the active membership period.
• Membership may be renewed upon payment of the applicable renewal fee.

3. Membership Benefits

Members may enjoy exclusive benefits including, but not limited to:

• Special discounts on selected domestic and international tour packages.
• Priority access to selected departures and travel experiences.
• Members only promotional offers and seasonal campaigns.
• Invitations to exclusive travel events and community activities.
• Early access to selected tour announcements and launches.
• Travel updates, newsletters and special communications.
• Benefits may vary based on the membership plan, promotional campaigns and partner availability.

4. Direct Booking Requirement

Membership benefits are applicable only for bookings made directly through Imagination Escapes via our official website, office, authorised representatives or official communication channels.

Bookings made through third party agencies, online travel portals or unauthorised intermediaries are not eligible for membership benefits.

5. Non Transferability

• Membership is strictly personal to the registered member.
• Membership cannot be transferred, resold, assigned or shared with another individual.
• Discounts, promotional offers and membership privileges cannot be transferred to another person.

6. Membership Card

• A Digital Membership Card may be issued after successful registration.
• Members may be required to provide their registered mobile number, email address or digital membership card while booking.
• Members are responsible for keeping their membership credentials secure.
• Any suspected misuse should be reported immediately.

7. Booking Terms

• Membership does not guarantee confirmation of any tour, hotel, airline ticket or travel service.
• All bookings remain subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
• Standard booking policies and travel conditions continue to apply.

8. Discounts & Special Offers

• Membership discounts are applicable only on eligible products and services.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically stated.
• Discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or refunds.
• Certain services may be excluded from discounts, including but not limited to:
  ○ Airfare
  ○ Visa fees
  ○ Travel insurance
  ○ Government taxes
  ○ Entry tickets
  ○ Third party service charges
  ○ Special promotional departures
  ○ Chartered tours
  ○ Festival packages
• Discount percentages, offers and partner benefits may change from time to time. Changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.

9. Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Update contact details whenever necessary.
• Follow all travel regulations and applicable laws.
• Respect fellow travellers, tour coordinators, local customs and communities.
• Follow the itinerary and instructions issued by Imagination Escapes during tours.

10. Membership Fees

• Membership fees are non refundable once the membership has been activated, except where required under applicable law.
• Failure to utilise membership benefits during the validity period shall not entitle the member to any refund, extension or compensation.

11. Cancellation of Membership

A member may request cancellation of membership at any time.
However:

• Membership fees already paid are generally non refundable.
• Cancellation of membership does not automatically cancel confirmed travel bookings.
• Bookings remain subject to the applicable Tour Cancellation & Refund Policy.

12. Misuse of Membership

Imagination Escapes reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund
in cases including, but not limited to:

• Fraudulent activities.
• Sharing or transferring membership benefits.
• Misuse of promotional codes or member exclusive offers.
• Submission of false or misleading information.
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards staff, partners or fellow travellers.

Any activity that causes financial or reputational damage to Imagination Escapes.

13. Changes to Membership Programme

Imagination Escapes reserves the right to:

• Modify membership fees.
• Introduce new membership plans.
• Revise membership benefits.
• Change partner offers.
• Update these Terms & Conditions.

 

Any changes will apply prospectively and will be published on our official website.

The Club reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any promotional rewards, campaigns, or events due to legal, weather, operational, or other unavoidable reasons. No refund or compensation shall be provided for such complimentary benefits

14. Limitation of Liability

Membership provides access to eligible benefits and promotional offers only.

Membership does not include:

• Travel insurance.
• Guaranteed visa approval.
• Guaranteed tour availability.
• Guaranteed airfare or hotel prices.
• Guaranteed discounts on every service.

 

Imagination Escapes shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, supplier defaults, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, force majeure events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

15. Privacy

Personal information collected during membership registration will be handled in accordance with the Imagination Escapes Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law

These Membership Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where Imagination Escapes is registered.

18. Code of Conduct

Imagination Escapes is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and enjoyable travel community for all members. By participating in our tours, events, and activities, members agree to:

• Treat fellow travellers, tour coordinators, staff, service providers, and local communities with courtesy and respect.
• Comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and destination specific guidelines.
• Follow the instructions of tour leaders and authorised representatives to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the trip.
• Refrain from any behaviour that is abusive, discriminatory, disruptive, threatening, violent, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Respect the environment, local culture, customs, heritage sites, and public property during all travels.
• Avoid any actions that may endanger the safety, comfort, or travel experience of other participants.

 

Imagination Escapes reserves the right to refuse participation, remove a traveller from a tour or event, or terminate a membership without refund if a member’s conduct is deemed to endanger others, disrupt the travel experience, damage property, violate applicable laws, or otherwise breach these Terms & Conditions.

Members shall be responsible for any costs, losses, damages, penalties, or legal consequences arising from their own actions during the course of travel.
